2. Visiting this website

When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested page and security-related log data.

We process this information under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website and preventing abuse. We keep technical logs only for the period needed for those purposes.

3. Contact enquiries

If you use the contact form, your entries are sent to FORELOX through our hosting and email infrastructure. We process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work contact details, company, portfolio size and message. We use it to respond, assess a potential business conversation and, where relevant, take steps requested before entering into a contract.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a potential contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship or meet legal obligations and defend legal claims.

4. Recipients and international transfers

We share data only with providers needed to run the website and our email systems, such as hosting, security and IT service providers, and with public authorities where legally required. If a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

This landing page does not use advertising, marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site against abuse. These cookies are not used for advertising or profiling.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
